Yes! You can choose whether to allow customer interruptions during conversations with the AI Agent.
Can the Maqsam AI Agent take actions?
We have a beta version and weโre actively working on expanding it to handle more advanced workflows, such as checking order status, scheduling appointments, processing payments, following up with customers, and more.
Can I integrate third-party AI agents within my Maqsam account?
