Call Transcription and Summary

Leveraging cutting-edge AI, our automatic call transcription and summarization service converts recorded calls into searchable transcripts with attributes, speakers and concise summaries. 
The Transcription and Summary service supports English and Arabic. It enables searching transcripts instead of listening to calls, analyzing conversations to uncover trends, improving customer service, increasing productivity, driving decisions, and ensuring compliance.

How to Check Call Summary

Method one

Step 1: Log in to Maqsam and click on the Calls tab.

Step 2: Scroll to the call you want to check.

Step 3: You will notice a new icon on the right of the recording.

Step 4: Once you click the new transcription button the row will expand to show you the call summary.

Step 5: You can then copy, translate, or rate the summary you selected


Method two

Step 1: Login to Maqsam and click on the Calls tab.

Step 2: Scroll to the call you want to check.

Step 3: Click on the call ID you want to check

Step 4: You will be redirected to the call details page with summary

Step 5: You can then copy, translate, or rate the summary you selected


How to Read Call Transcription

  • Step 1: once you reach the call summary, click the Transcription button

  • Step 2: You will be directed to the call transcription page, with full call dialogue 

  • Step 3: Here you can search for any word in the transcription or download it


How to Search for a keyword Within a Call 

Step 1: Log in to Maqsam and click on the Calls tab.

Step 2: Click on filter, and find the keyword lookup field

Step 3: Type the keyword you want to search for

Note: You can search for multiple keywords using AND/OR operator

Step 4: The filtered result will show up based on the keyword you chose then a red bubble with  number will show the frequency of the keyword with the call

Step 5: You can click the red bubble to see the timestamp of the occurrence of each keyword


How to Create a Keyword Alerts

Step 1: Log in to Maqsam and click on the Settings tab.

Step 2: Under Account Settings, you will find Keyword Alerts, click on it.

Step 3: Create a new alert by clicking on the New Alert button

Step 4: Setup the alert based on your need

Note: You can search for multiple keywords using AND/OR operator

Step 5: Save the report
