What happens if payment fails for prepaid accounts?

What happens if payment fails for prepaid accounts?

Failed payments are retried using the default added credit card every 24 hours for 3 consecutive times. Once successfully charged, the account will run normally and a Receipt Voucher will be sent.
Three failed attempts will risk the account getting suspended if the credit limit is reached. In order to recharge your account again, contact support@maqsam.com as soon as possible to avoid account suspension.
