📊 What Is the Status Page?
The Maqsam Status Page provides real-time updates on the health and performance of Maqsam’s platform components. It helps you stay informed about system availability, incidents, and maintenance activities.
🟢 Current System Status
When you visit the Status Page, you’ll first see the overall system status.
Below that, each component and component group is displayed with a real-time status indicator, showing whether it’s operational, degraded, or experiencing issues.
📞 Calls & Integrations Health
To provide clearer visibility, the Calls and Integrations sections are separated into smaller components:
- Calls
- Organized by location
- If a calling service is down in one location but operating elsewhere, the status page will show this clearly
- Integrations
- Divided by integration type
- Shows where integrations are working normally and where issues may be occurring
🚨 Incident Updates
In case of an issue, the banner color changes (orange for partial issues, red for major outages), and affected components are highlighted.
Each incident will have a dedicated incident post, which includes:-
- Timestamps
- Live status updates
Staying true to our value of transparency, our incident communications are clear and easy to follow, with updates provided as soon as new information is available.
