Learn how Admins can view, manage, and add users through the Users Tab in the Maqsam portal.

👥 Overview of Users Page

The Users Tab enables Admins to monitor all users on the account. It shows each user’s role, availability status, and assigned groups, and provides tools for bulk editing as well as adding new users.


➕ How to Add a New User

To add a new user:

  1. Log in to your Maqsam account using an Admin username.
  2. Navigate to the Users tab.
  3. Click the +New User button.
  4. Fill in all required fields with the new user’s information and assign the correct permissions.

📌 Notes

  • Contact Maqsam Support to update your IVR after adding a new user.
  • Adding a new user will affect your billing in the next billing cycle.
