A Statement of Account (SOA) is a summary of the account balance, transactions, and payment history. It shows the current balance status based on paid invoices, account top-ups, and the remaining balance.

This statement helps you track your billing activity and understand your account’s financial status clearly.

⚙️ How to Generate a Statement of Account (SOA)

To generate and download a Statement of Account, an admin of the account should follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your Maqsam account using your username and password as an admin.

  2. Click on Settings.

  3. Under Account Settings from the list on the left, click Billing.

  4. Select Statement of Account.

  5. Click on the Download Statement button to download the desired statement.
