How to Set Your Organization Name

We’re introducing a new login experience to enhance security and make account access easier. As part of this update, all account owners need to set an Organization Name. 

Soon, this name will be required for all users associated with your account when logging into Maqsam.

🚨 Why is This Important?

Very soon, the Organization Name will act as the first step in the login process before entering your credentials. This ensures that your team can securely and easily access their accounts on Maqsam.

🔧 How to Set Your Organization Name?

  1. Log into your Maqsam account. Your role must be Owner to perform this action.
  2. Enter your Organization Name (e.g., maqsam), make sure you follow the criteria below:
    • Use only lowercase letters, numbers, or dashes.
    • Must be at least 5 characters long.
    • Begin and end with a letter or number (no spaces or dashes).
  3. Click on Set organization name button.
  4. Your Organization Name will be successfully set, and you will be redirected to your homepage. 

✋ The Organization Name cannot be changed after saving and will be used by all active users on your account when logging in.
