How to Find Your Organization Name
Your Organization Name is the unique identifier you must enter each time you log in to Maqsam. Here’s how to find it if you’re unsure.

When logging into Maqsam, you’ll be asked to enter your Organization Name. This is your company or team’s unique identifier on Maqsam, and entering it correctly is essential for accessing your account.
If you can’t remember or locate it, the options below will help you find it quickly.
👀 Can't Find Your Organization Name? Try This:
Try 1: Search Your Email Inbox
We've already sent an email that includes your Organization Name. Search for the subject line: "Starting Today: Use Your Organization Name to Log In". Copy the Organization Name from the email and pate it when logging in.
Try 2: Ask Your Admin or Colleagues
If your Account Owner, Admins, or any logged-in colleagues are already inside the portal, they can find the Organization Name using the steps below in the next section.

💻 Where to Find Your Organization Name in Maqsam Portal
Option 1: From the Top Bar
Your Organization Name is always displayed in the top bar of your Maqsam account, next to the Maqsam logo.
Option 2: From Account Settings (If You Have Permission)
If you are an Owner or a user with Account Settings permissions, you can find it here:
- Go to Account Settings then General.
- Look for the field labeled Organization Name.

- Copy the Organization Name exactly as shown.
- Avoid adding extra spaces before or after the name.
- Paste it directly into the login field to prevent typos.
