Instructions for Google Chrome
To avoid a site being deactivated, add it to your 'Always keep these sites active' exclusion list.

On your computer, open Chrome.

At the top right, click the three vertical dots
and then Settings.

On the left menu, click Performance.

To the right of 'Always keep these sites active', click Add.

You can choose to add from currently open sites in your browser or add them manually.

If adding from current sites check the box to the left of the sites you would like to add and click the Add button in the bottom right.

If adding sites manually enter the site address (https://portal.maqsam.com/phone/dialer) and click the Add button in the bottom right.

At the top right corner of your Edge browser, click the three vertical dots
and then Settings.

On the left, click System and performance.

Select the option Performance.

Scroll down to 'Never put these sites to sleep' and click Add.

Enter the site address (https://portal.maqsam.com/phone/dialer)
