Learn how to access, listen to, and download call recordings in Maqsam, with admin and agent-level permissions.

🔍 Overview of Call Recordings

Call recordings in Maqsam allow admins and agents to review calls for quality, training, or compliance purposes.

Access Details:

  • Admins can listen to and download all call recordings.

  • Agents can only access recordings of the calls they handled.

  • Call recordings can be accessed directly from the Calls Page or from the Call Show Page timeline.

  • The Call Show Page provides a timeline of the call and associated recordings with options to play or download.


⚙️ How to Access and Download Call Recordings

  1. Log in to the Maqsam portal using your username and password.

  2. Click on the Calls tab.

  3. Use search and filter options to find the recording you want, based on call ID, time, agent, or other filters.

  4. Click the recording to play it.

  5. Optionally, download the recording locally for future reference.

📌 Note: Admins have full access to all call recordings, while agents are limited to calls they handled. To restrict agent access entirely, contact Maqsam Support.
