Zoho Phonebridge Guide
In this guide, we will go over how Maqsam can be integrated with Zoho Phonebridge to allow you and your team to have a seamless integration experience, and help move the magic of Maqsam to Zoho CRM.
How To Build the Phonebridge Integration
Please follow the steps below to build the integration
- You will need to authorize PhoneBridge. This action can only be completed by the Super Admin of the organization. Go to the Settings page by clicking on the Settings gear icon.
Then search for the Channels section, and select Telephony. Next, select View Marketplace and in the search bar search for Maqsam. - Complete the installation steps as it will appear on screen. Once you are done, you should see Maqsam in the Installed App section as shown below.
- Next you will need to authorize Maqsam within your Maqsam account.
An account admin is needed for this action. Go to the Account Settings, and click on Zoho under Integrations. Next, click on Authorize Maqsam.
4. Once you click on Authorize Maqsam, you will be taken to Zoho where you will need to accept terms in order to authorize Maqsam.
5. Clicking on Accept will take you back to Maqsam's integration portal to start associating users. If you want to bulk associate your users, select the user permissions you want your agents to have and click on Automatically Associate Users.
