Unserviced calls represent missed opportunities for your business. Maqsam helps you manage these calls effectively so agents can follow up promptly.
Call Types:

Abandoned: Calls that reached the queue but weren’t answered.

Dropped: Calls disconnected from the client’s side before being assigned to an agent.

Out of Hours: Calls received after agents’ working hours ended.

⚙️ How to Access the Unserviced Calls Show Page

Log in to the Maqsam Portal using your username and password.

Click Unserviced Calls from the top navigation bar.

Use the search and filter tools to find unserviced calls.

To view detailed information (caller name, phone number, date, time), click the Filter button and specify criteria.
⚙️ How to Call Back Numbers from Unserviced Calls

Log in to the Maqsam Portal using your username and password.

Click Unserviced Calls from the top navigation bar.

Navigate to the Caller column and click the three-dot menu.

Click Call to initiate a callback to the caller.
