Maqsam allows you to manage your phonebook to keep your contact information organized and easily accessible. You can also create lists to categorize your contacts accordingly, and reach them easily through the filter option. You will be able to separate your contacts into high and normal priority as well, which can improve the experience of your clients when they reach out to you.
How to Create Lists in Phonebook
Step 1: Login to Maqsam using your Username and Password.
Step 2: Navigate to Phonebook
Step 3: Click Lists and click + New List
Step 4: Add List Name and select Contacts to be added to the lists and click Save
How to Manage Phonebook in Maqsam:
Step 1: Log in to the Maqsam Portal using your username and password.
Step 2: Click on the Phonebook tab.
Step 3: Navigate to the Contacts section.
Step 4: Click on the Add Contact button to add a new contact.
Step 5: Fill in the contact details, including name, phone number, list which this contact is part of, whether the contact is high priority or not. Save the contact and repeat the process to add more contacts.
Step 6: Use the search and filter tools to find specific contacts easily.
Step 7: You can always upload your contacts through our import button.
Step 1: You can set a priority contact when creating a new contact.
Step 2: Or from the phone book turn on the toggle for priority.
