Maqsam allows you to manage your phonebook to keep your contact information organized and easily accessible. You can also create lists to categorize your contacts accordingly, and reach them easily through the filter option. You will be able to separate your contacts into high and normal priority as well, which can improve the experience of your clients when they reach out to you.

How to Create Lists in Phonebook

Step 1: Login to Maqsam using your Username and Password.
Step 2: Navigate to Phonebook
Step 3: Click Lists and click + New List

Step 4: Add List Name and select Contacts to be added to the lists and click Save


How to Manage Phonebook in Maqsam:

Step 1: Log in to the Maqsam Portal using your username and password.
Step 2Click on the Phonebook tab.
Step 3Navigate to the Contacts section.
Step 4Click on the Add Contact button to add a new contact.

Step 5Fill in the contact details, including name, phone number, list which this contact is part of, whether the contact is high priority or not. Save the contact and repeat the process to add more contacts.
Step 6Use the search and filter tools to find specific contacts easily.
Step 7You can always upload your contacts through our import button.

How to Set a Priority Contact

Step 1You can set a priority contact when creating a new contact. 
Step 2Or from the phone book turn on the toggle for priority.

Maqsam's phonebook management tool allows you to keep your contact information organized and easily accessible, so you can focus on building relationships with your customers and partners, you can also use the saved contacts through the dialer, for easy access and reach.

How to Allow Agents to Access The Phonebook

  1. As an admin navigate to Account Settings
  2. Enable the option to Allow all users to access the phonebook
