Mobile App Dialer

Mobile App Dialer enables you to make and receive calls as well as access the phonebook and calls log . Below are the feature of the mobile app

Dialing and receiving calls

In order to easily change the country prefix, you can enter + followed by the country code, i.e typing +966 will change the country on the dialer to KSA. 
You can also click on “Auto” to view the full list of your Maqsam number and choose the number you want to dial from. By leaving it on Auto, the call will dialer from the default number on your Maqsam account.


Change your status

By clicking on your profile icon on the top right corner, you will be able to change your statue from available to away or offline

Phonebook

The phone allows you to access your Maqsam account phonebook. By clicking on the contact name then choosing “yes” you will be able to call the contact.

Calls Log

The calls log allows you to access the recent history of the calls you made and received. By clicking on the “phone” icon then choosing “yes” you will be able to dial the number.


Change the Language

You can change the language of your application by going to settings > Language > Choose Arabic or English 

Reporting a problem

You can report any weird behavior you encountered on the calls by following the below steps:
  1. Click “Report a problem”.
  2. A pop-up will show up of your recent calls activity.
  3. Choose the number you encountered an issue on.
  4. Click Submit.
  5. Fill in the details of the issue you encountered. Kindly be as clear and detailed as possible, in order for our support team to be able to provide the support needed.
  6. Click Submit.
  7. The report will be received on support@maqsam.com and our team will get back to you over email with the support needed.
