Managing your finances efficiently is crucial for uninterrupted services. Our platform provides an automated billing feature that ensures you never run low on funds. Here's how you can set your billing details to leverage this convenience.
How to Set Your Billing Settings
Step 1: Log in to Maqsam and click on your name; a drop down menu will appear.
Step 2: Click on Billing and Payments, once you click on this button ,you will be navigated to the billing settings section.
Step 3: Click on Balance Details.
Step 4: Enter Recharge to amount that you want as your new available balance after automatic recharge. This should be an amount that comfortably covers your expected usage until the next recharge cycle to avoid service interruptions.

Remember, this is the balance your account will be recharged to, not the amount that will be charged from your card.
Step 5: Enter the Automatic Recharge Threshold value, at which you would like the automatic recharge to occur. when your available balance dips to this amount, the system will automatically deduct the necessary funds from your credit card to restore your balance to the Recharge to value.
For example, if your Automatic Recharge Threshold is set to $25.00 and your Recharge to value is $500.00, when your available balance hits $25.00, the system will automatically recharge your account to bring your balance back up to $500.00.
