How to Set Up the Mobile App

Maqsam Mobile App is available both for Android on Google Play Store and IOS on the App Store. In order to start using Maqsam once the mobile app is downloaded, follow these steps to access your account:

Step 1: In order to log in, Navigate to Maqsam Portal on your desktop web browser.

Step 2: Navigate to Settings and click Mobile App, and then click on Generate a QR Code.

Step 3: Open Maqsam App, and click Scan Code to scan the code from the web browser.


NotesPlease note that in case the Mobile App tab is not showing on your account Settings, contact support@maqsam.com to enable access to the mobile app on your account.
