Dialer Health Check Guide

The Dialer Health Status system monitors your audio quality and internet connection in real time, providing instant feedback to help you maintain high call quality. It focuses on two key areas: Audio Quality and Internet Connection


This guide explains what each status means and the actions you can take to resolve any issues. 


🎧 Audio Quality Statuses

The system evaluates the audio input from your microphone and categorizes it into one of the following statuses:

  • Good: Normal audio levels are detected. No action needed.

  • Fair: Low audio levels are detected. Check your microphone to ensure it’s functioning properly.

  • Poor: No audio is detected. This may be caused by: 

    • Silence from your side. 

    • A problem with the microphone device.

    • Missing mic permission in the browser.


πŸ“Ά Internet Connection Statuses

The system also monitors your internet connection and displays one of the following statuses:

  • Stable: Your internet connection is strong and consistent. No action needed.

  • Unstable: Your internet connection is weak or fluctuating. Check your internet to improve stability.

  • No Internet: No internet connection is detected. Check and reconnect to the internet immediately.
