Yes, you can send promotional messages on WhatsApp if you're using the WhatsApp Business API. Since September 2021, WhatsApp has allowed businesses to send WhatsApp promotional messages to users, as longs as those users have opted in to receive WhatsApp notifications from your business. 

This means you can reach out to an unlimited number of customers who have given permissions to receive these messages.

How to Create a WhatsApp Marketing Campaign on Maqsam

Step 1: Login to your Maqsam account using your username and password.

Step 2: Navigate to the Phonebook tab.

Step 3: Click on Lists, then select + New List.

Step 4: Enter a name for the list, then select the contacts you want to include, and click Save.

Step 5: Go back to WhatsApp and click on New Conversation.

Step 6: Select the number you want to send the message from.

Step 7: Make sure to set the Recipient to "Lists" and choose the list you just created. 

Step 8: Finally, select the template you want to use and send your message! ✅
