Can I turn off internal calls for specific users?

Yes, admins can enable or disable this feature per user. It can be turned off for specific users under the user page, and it has an option under the agent default.
Step 1: Login to Maqsam portal with an Admin account
Step 2: Navigate to Users tab
Step 3: Select the Agent name and toggle the "Internal" option on or off
