Maqsam's tagging feature allows you to classify your calls in a customized label. A tag is a label that identifies the category for calls which allows filtrations for calls based on these tags. Administrators and supervisors create tags for agents to choose from and assign for calls.
There is no max limit on adding tags that can be added to an account, and once tags are created in settings; agents and supervisors can add tags to calls from the Dialer, history log (in the dialer), calls page and calls show page with the ability to search tags with autocomplete.
