Call Recordings can be accessed directly from the Calls Page by the end of the table where an admin can listen and download all call recordings and an agent can only access call recordings to the calls they made.
Call recordings can be accessed from the Call Show Page where a timeline of the call is displayed with the call recordings related to the instance with the ability to listen to the recordings or download it.
How to Access and Download Call Recordings
Step 1: Log in to the Maqsam portal using your username and password.
Step 2: Click on the Calls tab.
Step 3: Use the search and filter options to find the recording you want to listen to based on the call ID, the time of the call, agent responsible, or any of the other filtering parameters.
Step 4: Click on the recording to play it.
Step 5: You can also choose to download the recording locally to your computer for future reference.
Admins are able to access all calls recordings from agents calls, while agents' access to call recordings is restricted to calls they handled and they cannot access the recordings to other call recordings. If the administration wishes to restrict agents' access to call recordings at all they need to contact the support team at Maqsam.
