Receipt Vouchers

Learn how Admin users can generate and download Receipt Vouchers in Maqsam to confirm received payments.

🔍 Overview of Receipt Vouchers

A Receipt Voucher is proof that a client’s payment has been successfully received by Maqsam. It is automatically emailed after a payment or can be manually generated from account settings.

Admins can generate a receipt for any payment within a selected period directly from the portal.


🧾 How To Generate A Receipt?

In order to generate a receipt, an Admin user account should follow the following steps:

  1. Log in to your Maqsam account using your Username and Password.
  2. Click on the Settings button.
  3. Under Account Settings from the list on the left, then click on Billing.
  4. Select Invoices & Payments.
  5. Click on the Payment tab.
  6. Filter the desired period of time by selecting the Date From and the Date To, then click Filter.
  7. Click on the Download button by the end of the row to download the selected Receipt Voucher.
