How to Schedule a Report
Scheduled Reports Overview: This guide explains how to schedule reports by selecting your time zone, frequency, and run time to automate report generation. Learn how to configure one-time or recurring reports and view the next run date for full control over your reporting.
Scheduling a report allows you to automate the generation and delivery of reports according to your preferred time zone and frequency. Below are the steps to configure the scheduling settings:
1. Select Time Zone
To ensure reports are delivered according to your local time, select the appropriate time zone from the dropdown menu. For example, if you're located in Amman, choose Asia/Amman.


2. Choose the Report Frequency
You can set the report frequency based on your needs. Depending on the option you select, new settings will appear:

One-Time Report: If you only want the report to run once, select the option Once only - Now.

Specify a start and end date in ‘Date Range’ field.the report will include data from that period.

The report will be generated immediately after finishing this report.

Hourly: This option allows you to schedule a report to run hourly.

Daily: This option allows you to schedule a report to run daily.

Once selected, an option to set the time of day will appear.

Choose the time that works best for you.

Weekly: When you choose weekly reports, then select the additional options of choice:

Specify the day of the week and the time.

You can select, for example, every Sunday at 9:00 AM.

Monthly: If you prefer a monthly report, you will have options to specify:

On the: Select the most preferred time to run the report:

First or last week of the month (and specify the day of that week)

First or last day of the month

On a specific date
-

At Time: Choose a time for the report generation.

By following these steps, you’ll have full control over the frequency, time zone, and the period covered by your scheduled reports.
Additionally, a ‘Next Run’ field will appear to show when the report will run for the first time.
