# How to reset the password?

## Learn how to reset your Maqsem password follow step by step instructions to ensure security

If you forgot your Maqsam password or having trouble logging in, please follow these steps to reset it:

1. Go to Maqsam's portal and click on "Forgot password?" OR use this link directly: https://portal.maqsam.com/en/passwords/new.
2. Enter your email address linked to your Maqsam account.
3. Check your email inbox for the password reset link.
4. Follow the instructions sent to reset the password.
