If you need to notarize an Authorization Letter (AL) in Saudi Arabia, you can do so online through the relevant Chamber of Commerce portal. Here's a step-by-step guide using the Riyadh Chamber as an example, along with notes for other chambers. 

 

  1.  Visit the website of Riyadh Chamber of Commerce - My Business. 

  2.  Log in to your account.

  3. Navigate to "Letter Authentication".

  4.  Select “Open Letters”.

  5.  Enter the authorization text (text not an image).

  6.  Complete the payment process to use your notarized authorization letter.

 

For other Chambers of Commerce in Saudi Arabia, the procedure is very similar across other chambers (e.g., Jeddah, Eastern Province):

 

  1. Visit the specific Chamber’s website or the Unified Council of Saudi Chambers Portal.

  2.  Log in or register using your company’s credentials.

  3. Navigate to Electronic Services or the Letter Attestation section.

  4. Enter the authorization letter details, select the type, and proceed with payment.
