How many tags can an Admin create?

Admin and Supervisor user accounts are able to create as many tags as they need, its unlimited.

To create new tags

1. Login to Maqsam Portal using Username and Password

2. As an Admin or Supervisor navigate to Settings .

3. Under Account Settings , Click General .

4. Scroll to Call Tags and input custom Call Tags. 

5. Click Update to save changes.
