Learn what invoices are in Maqsam and how admins can access and download them from the Billing section.

🔍 Overview of Invoices in Maqsam

An invoice is a document shared by Maqsam with its clients that reflects the cost of usage for the provided services, in line with the customer’s active billing and commitment plan.

All invoices are issued based on the customer’s monthly billing structure, which includes a minimum commitment and any additional usage beyond the committed amount.

⚙️ How to Access Invoices

To access and download invoices, an admin user should follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your Maqsam account using your username and password.

  2. Click on the Settings button.

  3. Navigate to Account Settings and click Billing.

  4. Select Invoices & Payments.

  5. Click on the Invoices tab.

  6. Filter the desired time period by selecting Date From and Date To.

  7. Click the Download button at the end of the invoice row to download your invoice.
