How to Set Your Billing Settings
Learn how to configure your billing settings, including automatic recharge values, to ensure uninterrupted Maqsam services.
🔍 Overview of Billing Settings
Efficient financial management helps prevent service interruptions. Maqsam provides automated billing tools that help manage your account balance and avoid service interruptions due to insufficient available balance.
By setting your Recharge To amount and Automatic Recharge Threshold, your available balance will be automatically recharged when it reaches a defined limit.
🛠️ How to Set Your Billing Settings
-
Log in to your Maqsam account.
-
Click on your name in the top corner to open the dropdown menu.
-
Go to Billing and Payments.
-
Click Balance Details.
-
Enter your Recharge To amount.
-
Enter your Automatic Recharge Threshold amount.
📌 Notes about the Recharge To amount:
-
Recharge To amount: this is the balance you want your account to reach after an automatic recharge.
-
Choose an amount that comfortably covers your expected usage to avoid disruptions.
-
Remember, this is the balance your account will be restored to, not the amount charged to your card.
📌 Notes about the Automatic Recharge Threshold amount:
-
Automatic Recharge Threshold amount: enter the minimum balance at which you want the automatic recharge to happen. When your available balance drops to this threshold, the system will charge your credit card and restore your balance back to the Recharge To amount.
💡 Example: If your Automatic Recharge Threshold is $25 and your Recharge To amount is $500, then: When your available balance reaches $25, the system will automatically restore your available balance back up to $500.
