Billing Details

Learn how to manage your billing information, update payment settings, and add new payment methods in your Maqsam account.

💳 Payment & Billing Overview

Payments represent the record of a client paying for Maqsam services within their active billing and commitment plan. Maqsam supports multiple payment methods, including bank transfers and credit cards.

All payment-related settings can be found under Billing Details in your account settings. This section is divided into two parts:

  • Editable by Account Administrators

  • Editable only through Maqsam Support

All Maqsam accounts operate on a monthly commitment model, and billing settings apply in line with the customer’s active plan.


🔧 Fields Managed by Maqsam Support

The following details can only be updated by the Maqsam Support Team. The account manager or administrator must contact support and provide the updated information:

  • Billing Name

  • Billing Address

  • Billing Country

🛠 Fields Editable by Account Administrators

Admins on the account can directly update the following:

  • VAT ID

  • Registration Number

  • Billing Email

  • Payment Method


➕ How to Add a Payment Method

To add a new payment method, an Account Admin should:

  1. Log in to your Maqsam account using your username and password.

  2. Click on Settings.

  3. Under Account Settings, select Billing.

  4. Click Billing Details.

  5. Scroll down and click Add Payment Method.

  6. Enter the required payment information in the pop-up form (credit card or bank transfer details depending on the selected method).

  7. Click Save Payment Details, then click Update.
