# Balance Details
Balance Details page allows you to view your consumption on a day-to-day basis, where you can now view your consumption on the spot through your settings: Go to "**Settings**" then "**Billing**" then "**Balance Details**".

The consumption section will include the below information:
- **Un-invoiced Amount**: The total amount of consumption that has not been invoiced within the stated period of time.
- **Available Balance**: The amount **remaining in the account after applying payments, invoices, and un-invoiced usage.**
- **Pay Now Button**: It allows you to top up your account with a specific amount.
- **Automatic Recharge Amount**: The amount of funds that should be recharged to the balance once the threshold is reached.
- **Automatic** **Recharge Threshold**: The value of is the amount that determines when the recharge happens on the account balance.
💳 When the account balance drops to the threshold, the payment method will automatically be charged to restore the available balance.
**✉️ Email Alert toggle**: When usage reaches the set limit, an alert email will be sent to the addresses listed in the "Emails to be alerted" box.

#### **💵 How to Update Your Balance Details?**
To change your **Recharge Amount** or **Recharge Threshold**, as an Admin user, you must follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Maqsam account using your **Username** & **Password** as an **Admin**.
2. Click on the **Settings** button.
3. Click on **Account Settings** from the list on the left.
4. Click on **Billing**.
5. Select **Balance Details**.
6. Update the **Automatic Recharge Amount** or/and **Automatic Recharge Threshold**.
7. Click on the **Update** button to save changes.

#### **📈 How to Monitor Usage?**
You can easily check your current consumption and see a detailed breakdown of your usage by following these steps:
1. Login to Maqsam account using **Username** & **Password** as an **Admin**.
2. Navigate to **Settings**.
3. Under **Account Settings** click **Balance Details**.
4. Scroll down to **Usage Breakdown**.
**💡 Usage Breakdown**: This section shows a detailed summary of your consumption, which represents the "**Uninvoiced Amount**".

#### **✉️ How to Setup Email Alerts?**
1. Login to Maqsam account using **Username** & **Password** for an **Admin**.
2. Navigate to **Settings**.
3. Under **Account Settings** click **Balance Details**.
4. Scroll down to **Email Alerts** toggle button and activate it.
5. **Enter the emails** that you would like to receive email notifications at.
6. Set the **Unbilled Amount Limit** of **Uninvoiced** **Amount** that you would like to receive an email notification to.
