Phonebook lists can be updated, edited, or deleted at any time through the Portal. This guide shows how authorized users can manage Phonebook lists by adding or removing contacts or deleting lists entirely.

Yes, lists can be updated, edited and removed from the phonebook.

To edit or remove lists from the Phonebook follow these steps:

  1.  Login to Portal as an authorized account to access the Phonebook.

  2. Navigate to the Phonebook tab.

  3.  Click on Lists tab.

  4.  Edit List by adding or removing contacts or deleting the list
