Does adding a new auto tag apply to old calls? π€
No. Auto tags only apply to new calls made after the tag is created and activated. Existing calls will not be retroactively tagged.
What happens when I disable an auto tag? π«
When you disable an auto tag, it stops being applied to new calls. However, it is not removed from calls that were already tagged, any calls that were already tagged will keep their existing tags.
Can I delete an auto tag from a call? ποΈ
Yes. You can manually remove an auto tag from individual calls directly on the call page. However, bulk deletion of auto tags across multiple calls is not available as a self-service feature. If you need bulk removal, please submit a support task and our team will assist you.
Can I manually add an auto tag to a call? β
No. Auto tags are applied automatically by AI and cannot be manually added to calls. However, you can add a manual tag to any call at any time.
What does the "Status" column mean in the Auto Tags settings? π
The Status column shows whether a tag is currently active or inactive. An active tag will be applied to new calls by the AI. An inactive tag is paused and will not be applied to any new calls, but remains saved in your settings and can be reactivated at any time.
Is there a meaning behind the tag colors? π¨
Tag colors are purely visual. They are automatically assigned and donβt indicate any specific meaning.
What does the AI Dashboard show? π
The AI Dashboard provides analytics on your auto tags, including sentiment trends over time, top auto tags by call volume, and sentiment distribution per tag. It also surfaces AI-powered insights and recommendations. This is the first version of the dashboard, and we plan to expand it with more AI metrics and customization options in the future.
How many auto tags can I have active at the same time? β
You can have up to 30 active auto tags at any given time.
Can the AI apply more than one auto tag to a single call? π
Yes. The AI can apply multiple relevant auto tags to a single call based on the conversation context.
