# تعيين علامات

## تتيح خطوة "تعيين العلامات" في مقسم تخصيص حالات المكالمات وتجاوز الحالات الافتراضية، مما يضمن دقة التقارير والتحليلات بناءً على مسارات محددة

#### **🔍 نظرة عامة**

تتيح **خطوة تعيين العلامات** تعيين حالة مخصصة للمكالمة، متجاوزة الحالة الافتراضية للمكالمة بناءً على العلامة المُعدة. **هذا يتيح تتبع و تقرير المكالمات بشكل مخصص.**

**مثال**: تغيير حالة المكالمات غير المجابة من "*مهجورة*" إلى "*تمت* *خدمتها*" في سيناريوهات محددة.

#### **📥 حالات المكالمات الواردة**

- **Serviced:** المكالمات التي أجاب عليها الممثل بنجاح.
- **Out of Hours** المكالمات المستلمة خارج ساعات العمل المُعدة في الحساب أو خطوات IVR.
- **Dropped:** المكالمات التي أغلقها المتصل أثناء وجوده في مسار IVR، قبل التوجيه إلى ممثل الخدمة.
- **Abandoned:** المكالمات التي أغلقها المتصل بعد توجيهها إلى ممثل الخدمة ولكن قبل أن يجيب ممثل الخدمة، أو المكالمات التي انتهت مهلتها بسبب عدم استجابة ممثل الخدمة.
- **Blocked:** المكالمات المستلمة من أرقام مدرجة في القائمة السوداء.

#### **⚙️ الإعدادات**

**العلامات**

- **إدخال العلامة:** أدخل العلامة المخصصة لتحدث حالة المكالمة (مثل "مخدومة").
  
    - **مثال***:* إعداد العلامة = "مخدومة" لتسجيل المكالمات الفائتة كـ "مخدومة" لأغراض التقارير.

- **المتطلبات:**

- التأكد من إدخال الإملاء الصحيح في مربع النص.

- التأكد من كتابة حالات المكالمات الواردة باللغة الإنجليزية فقط و استخدام حروف انجليزية صغيرة فقط (small letters)
- التأكد من مطابقة العلامة مع الحالة المقصودة لمسار IVR، حيث ان الحالة المعينة ستتجاوز الحالة الافتراضية للنظام.

- **بعد تعيين العلامة:** تحديد الخطوة التالية في IVR التي سيتم تفعيلها بعد تطبيق العلامة.
