# كيف يمكنني تفعيل المكالمات الداخلية لحسابي؟

 يحتاج مسؤول الحساب لتمكين المكالمات الداخلية لممثلي الخدمة لاتباع الخطوات التالية: 

1. تسجيل الدخول إلى حساب بوابة مقسم باستخدام اسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور لحساب مسؤول
2. تأكد من أن المكالمات الداخلية مخولة لحسابك عن طريق الاتصال بفريق الدعم من مقسم
3. كمسؤول للحساب، انقر فوق علامة التبويب "المستخدمين"
4. انتقل إلى أسفل الصفحة للعمود "داخلية" وقم بتفعيل المستخدمين الذين ترغب في السماح لهم باستخدام المكالمات الداخلية.
5. انتقل إلى أعلى الصفحة إلى علامة التبويب "المستخدمين" وابحث عن اسماء ممثلي الخدمة الذين تريد تفعيل المكالمات الداخلية لهم.

قم بتفعيل او تعطيل الخدمة لمن ترغب بذلك لهم من ممثلي الخدمة.
