# هل يمكنني تحديد وقت مختلف لأعمال ما بعد المكالمة على حدة لكل من المكالمات الواردة والصادرة؟

نعم ، يمكنك اختيار الوقت اللازم لكل نوع من المكالمات حسب احتياجاتك.

يتم تخصيص اعدادات أعمل ما بعد المكالمة عن طريق الخطوات التالية:

1. الدخول الى حساب مقسم باسم المستخدم وكلمة السر لحساب مسؤول
2. انقر على "الإعدادات" من القائمة المنسدلة لملفك الشخصي
3. تحت اعدادات اختر عام
4. اسفل الصفحة يمكنك تخصيص وقت اعمال ما بعد المكالمة حسب الرغبة للمكالمات الصادرة او الواردة كل على حدة
